The financial statement of Rietumu Bank and Rietumu Group for January-September 2023 has been published.
According to the statement, Rietumu Bank’s net profit in nine months of the year was 12.7 million euros.
Rietumu Bank’s assets as of 30.09.2023 were 1.4 billion euros, customer deposits 924 million euros, capital and reserves 354 million euros.
Since the beginning of the year, Rietumu Bank has issued new loans for the total amount of 167 million euros. The amount of the Bank's loan portfolio at the end of the Q3 was 644 million euros.
Commenting on the results, Chairman of the Board of Rietumu Bank Jeļena Buraja noted: ”Large Latvian companies, interested in lending their ambitious projects, investments in their capital and refinancing of existing liabilities, continue to approach our bank. We have been cooperating with business clients for many years, so we know the business nuances of various industries and can offer the most suitable financing solutions. Together with our clients, we continue to develop the national economy by implementing large-scale projects in green energy, production, real estate, logistics and other areas.”
The Bank’s profitability indicators are high at a stable level: return on equity (ROE) 4.87%, return on assets (ROA) 1.25%.
The Bank's capital adequacy ratio, which reflects the company's financial stability, is 25.33%, liquidity coverage ratio is 369.42%, more than three times exceeding the requirement set by the regulator (100%).
