The Q2 2023 financial statement of Rietumu Bank and Rietumu Group has been published.
According to the statement, Rietumu Bank net profit in the first half of the year was 7.1 million euros
The bank assets on 30.06.2023 were 1.3 billion euros, customer deposits 843 million euros, capital and reserves 346 million euros.
Loan portfolio in the first half of the year increased by 6% and reached 638 million euros.
Commenting on the results, Chairman of the Board of Rietumu Bank Jeļena Buraja noted: “We are satisfied with the first half of the year performance. In current record high base interest rate period Rietumu focuses on complex financial solutions, such as lending and investments in equity. This allows our clients to receive funds for large scale business developments and refinancing. We are going to continue working with new ambitious projects in the field of green energy, manufacturing, residential and commercial real estate and other industries in Latvia and the Baltics.”
Rietumu Bank return on equity (ROE) after tax was 4.12%, return on assets (ROA) 1.07%, capital adequacy ratio 24.24%, liquidity coverage ratio 304.52%.
