Today, the annual meeting of JSC "Rietumu Banka" shareholders was held.
Rietumu Bank’s separate and Group’s consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2019 as well as the Report of the Executive Board of the bank and BDO Assurance Auditor’s Report have been approved at the meeting.
The shareholders meeting decided not to distribute the profit of Rietumu Bank for the year 2019 in the amount of 18.4 million euros and to leave it at the disposal of the bank.
BDO Assurance has been approved as an auditor of the Financial Statements for the year 2020.
The meeting was held remotely in accordance with the restrictions applicable in Latvia during the state of emergency.
